Imaji Bumi is an independent Indonesia based multimedia production company and workshop focusing on communicating & knowledge sharing about complex contemporary issues to the society.  We believe that people should know the untold stories that could inspire and enlighten our life.

We have experience building relationship with local communities, government & non-government institutions in Indonesia.  Always working with all of our heart & mind, we made every our project tailored to its unique character & aims.  We document real people, real moments, and real actions.

 

EXPERIENCE

IB personnel have experiences in filming and photographing people, culture, and nature across Indonesia archipelago, and reaching out to the region nearby like Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam & Papua New Guinea, and also up to Europe. 

Our proficiency in underwater photography and wildlife documentary is recognized by National Geographic Indonesia, National Geographic Traveler, Kieler Nachrichten daily (Germany), Indonesian Film Festival (FFI) and Norwegian Youth Film Festival (NUFF).

  We have a broad profile of clients, from United Nation agencies like IUCN, UNICEF & WHO; local and International NGOs like Telapak, Yayasan Kanker Indonesia, WWF, Conservation International, Wildlife Conservation Society & CARITAS Australia; Governmental Agencies like USAID, Indonesia Ministry of Fisheries & Marine Affairs, and DKI Jakarta Provincial Government; Indonesia based TV station like Trans TV, TV 7 & Astro TV; as well as private company and individual members of community.
